Not By the Hair on my Chinny-Chin-Chin!

Two nights ago, Mark shaved off his chin decor. In the 8 years we've been together, I've never seen his face sans his "chin pubes". And since he stays up later than I do, I didn't see it until the next morning. It was strange. I was up, having breakfast when I went in our room to put on my jewelry. Mark was getting dressed, but since our room doesn't have any proper lighting (just lamps), I didn't even notice. It wasn't until he came out to have breakfast that I looked at him and did a double take. "Oh my goodness! Who are you?" He chuckled. Even though it took me a few moments to notice, I am the only, and I mean, ONLY person who's noticed. Not even his mom, who we saw at Target today, noticed. Once reminded, people go, "Oh, yeah! I knew you looked different, but couldn't put my finger on it..." I'm not quite sure what I think of it yet. I like it, but it's not what I'm used to.
