It's Official!

Buffalo Community Theater is doing "West Side Story" next year. They had actually planned on doing it last summer (while I was with child), but had the rights pulled due to the Broadway production. They did "The Pirates of Penzance" last summer instead. BCT has never done the show, though the high school did it in '95 or '96, I believe. I am so excited for them to do "West Side Story", but don't know that I'll try out due to:
A. my "fine" dancing ability (how I got 2 dancing roles in Maple Lake, I'll never know...)
B. the trip to Hawaii (which will occur right when rehearsals are starting)

So, while trying out is still up in the air, I know without a doubt that I will help out and that it will be fantastic! So in honor of this exciting news (and us celebrating America tomorrow), I leave you with this...
