Best Show Yet!

This afternoon was our first (and only) matinee. Usually matinees are full of a lot of families with young children and proud grandmas & grandpas. They tend to be a quieter audience. Today was the exception. Our audience was the largest we'd had so far and also the most responsive. They laughed, they clapped, and they gave us a standing O! They were taping for our cast DVD's today...I hope it turned out as beautifully on film as it did onstage. It was pure magic! Plus, today was the day that most of my family came, which always makes you give a little more energy. Thanks to Mark, Dad, Travis, Jenna, Sheila, Lynne, Grandma and Grandpa Nelson, Ellen (and boys), Amanda K. (and family), David and Joanne, Ken, and Angie for coming! WOW! Now I'm off to find a glass (or bottle) of wine and enjoy my 3 evenings off (Sun.-Mon.-Tues.) before Round 2 begins!
