So, I think I'm sick. Not the stomach flu, not even the "I'm find..." kind of sick. Just a sore throat so bad that I've got a headache from coughing so hard. I've tried everything-DayQuil/NyQuil, a couple shots of liquor, rest, not talking (a difficult one for me), cough drops, lots of water, and nothing's worked so far. How am I going to converse with my munchkos tomorrow? I know they'll be bouncing off the walls with excitement-excitement over Christmas, excitement over starting our "travel" unit tomorrow, and excitement over auditions for our first ever theater production at St. Francis.

Dear God, please give me the strength to get through tomorrow and please make sure I remember to have a chilled bottle of wine ready when I get home.
